A helpful resource that provides personalized communications and educational support throughout Adempas treatment. You can expect to receive direct mail and emails about:
- Personalized treatment resources, provided how and when you want them
- Support throughout some of the key stages of Adempas treatment and what to expect along the way

Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation
Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation is a charitable organization that helps eligible patients get Bayer prescription medicine at no cost. Please contact the program at 1-866-2BUSPAF (228-7723) Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, or visit the foundation website at www.patientassistance.bayer.us for information to see if you may qualify for assistance.
All patients who have been prescribed Adempas will be asked to read, select, and consent to optional support provided by the Aim Patient Support Program on the Adempas Prescription and Patient Support Program Enrollment Form. All female patients will be required to sign the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Patient Enrollment and Consent Form. You can read and consent while in your physician's office or the forms can be sent to you directly by the Aim Support Program Center.
